The balance between two worlds.

Before creating the magic of this liqueur, the coffee first had to be roasted. Its history is intimately linked to this black gold that awakens us, unites us, and inspires us. For years, aromas, terroirs, and techniques were explored with one dream in mind: to create the best coffee liqueur.

From roasting to creating a liquid dream.

This dream took a decisive turn during a trip to Jamaica, with the meeting of Jason Charp , owner of the legendary Clifton Mount Coffee Estate , one of the oldest producers of Blue Mountain Coffee , recognized as one of the best coffees in the world. After tasting this exceptional coffee, an idea was born: to marry the excellence of Blue Mountain with the sweetness of the Quebec terroir.

Also incorporating Cascara —the sweet, floral pulp of the coffee cherry, too often overlooked—proved a unique opportunity to create a deeply original, rich liqueur that respects the fruit in its entirety.

But the ambition went further.

A tribute to the origins of coffee and the roots of Quebec.

This vision took shape at the Centre de développement bioalimentaire du Québec (CDBQ) in Sainte-Anne-de-La-Pocatière. With passion, patience, and precision, we developed a craft liqueur made from Blue Mountain, Cascara , and pure Quebec maple syrup.
